Lepidium spinosum

 Dikentere

Annual, 10-30 cm, single-stemmed, branched above, glabrous or with a few scattered hairs. Basal leaves 2 x pinnatisect with linear-lanceolate acute segments. Cauline leaves irregularly pinnate, uppermost linear entire. Flowering branches arising from about the middle of stem to apex. Petals white, 3 x 1 mm, oblong, indistinctly clawed. Siliculae oblong-ovate, 4-6 x 2-3,5 mm, with 2 conspicuous winged horns at apex; septum 3-4 x 1 mm broadened at base; style not exceeding apical sinus. Fl. 4-5. Fallow fields, waste places usually in moist soil, from s.l.-900 m.
