Leaves linear-lanceolate or narrowly triangular, 2.5-5.5 x 1-2.5 cm, acute, mucronulate, puberulous, base subhastate, auricles 5-10 x 3-6 mm, oblong-rotund with narrowed base, divaricate or horizontal; petiole 2-6 mm. Peduncle 1.5-5.5 em. Perianth 2-5.5 cm, dark purplish outside; utricle 5-9 x 3-7 mm, ovate; tube D-curved, 1-3 mm broad at base, gradually dilated to 3-7 mm above; limb 2-3.5 x 2-3.5 cm, ovate-oblong, obtuse, glabrous outside and inside, auricles 5-10 x 4-8 mm, ovate, acute or obtuse. Ovary obovoid, Capsule unknown. Fl. 4. Fields and limestone rocks, c. 800-1300 m.
