Differs from S. rigidula in its linear-lanceolate basal leaves, calyx shortly hairy on the nerves, the teeth long-acuminate without anastomosing venation, the petals without conspicuous veins, and the anthophore much shorter than the oblong capsule. Fl. 6-7. Vineyards, roadsides, fields, rocky slopes, 1000-1300 m.
