Stems erect, branched, glabrous. Leaves glabrous. Petals white, the outer radiant and conspicuous, 8-12 mm, lobed. Fruit 6-8 x2,5 mm, the lateral projections membranous, spathulate, truncate at the apex, c. 3 x2 mm. Fl. 4-7. Hills, slopes, scrub, field margins, s.l.-1500 m.
