Annual, 5-35 cm, branched from the base, with erecto-patent to ascending branches, or small specimens erect, unbranched. Cauline leaves 3-10 cm, narrowly ovate to ovate, usually all tapering, apiculate, upper leaves perfoliate, broader. Rays 2-3, unequal, 4-15 mm, or some umbellules single. Bracteoles 5, or in single umbellules 6-9, unequal but not of separate classes, 2,5-13 mm, connate for 1-2 mm. Umbellules 8-16-flowered. Petals c. 0,4 mm. Anthers 0,30-0,35 mm. Stylopodium 0,8-1,1 mm broad, styles 0,2-0,3 mm. Fruit 2,2-3 mm, irregularly tuberculate, ridges with wings 0,1 mm broad. 2n = 16. FI. 3-7. Open, dry habitats, secondarily as segetal weed, 300 m.
