Glabrous glaucescent perennial. Stems terete, sulcate, up to 2 m tall. Basal leaves 4-pinnate, triangular-ovate in outline, 30-50 x 20-45 cm, glabrous, ultimate segments ± ovate, 1-pinnatisect, lobes broadly oblong to lanceolate, 1-6 x 0,5-2 mm, obtuse or acute, mucronate, revolute. Sheaths inflated, submembranous. Inflorescence paniculate-corymbose; central umbels shortped, unculate; rays 15-40, subequal, 2,5-4,5 cm, ± stellate; flowers 12-25 per umbellule, fruiting pedicels 4-7 mm. Mericarps elliptic-oblong, 9-15 x 5-7 mm, dorsal ridges filiform, lateral wings narrow, 0,5-1 mm wide; dorsal vittae 2-3 in the valleculae, commissural 2-4. Fl. 4. Rocky slopes, fallow fields, s.l.-100 m.
