Tall robust glabrous perennial. Stem angled, deeply sulcate, up to 2,5 cm thick at base and more than 150cm high. Leaves 4-pinnate, linear-lanceolate in outline, c. 30 x 10-12 cm, glabrous; lobes filiform-setaceous, 10-20 mm. Central umbels short-pedunculate to sessile, rays 10-18, subequal, 3-6 cm; bracts ovate-lanceolate, 5-10 mm, sub-membranous; flowers numerous per umbellule, fruiting pedicels 8-15 mm; bracteoles lanceolate-linear, 4-8 mm, acuminate. Mericarps elliptic-ovate, 14 x 7 mm, truncate at the base, dorsal ridges filiform-elevated , lateral wings c. 1 mm wide; dorsal and commissural vittae more than 10. FI. 5. Rocky slopes, 1700 m.
