Very like L. heterocarpa but leaves with 7-9 leaflets, petals usually pink, fruit very smooth and shining, dehiscent, usually both mericarps similar, each with 3 ridges bearing 5-7 broadly triangular teeth; or rarely those of the inner mericarp smooth. Fl. 5-6. Steppe, fields, waste places, 1050-1750 m.
