Perennial; stems 25-80 cm, branched from near the base, striate, retrorse-tomentose, especially near the base. Basal leaves 2-3-pinnate, elliptic in outline, ultimate segments simple to deeply lobed; lobes 2-4 x c. 0,8 mm, linear-cuneate. Umbels 10-15-rayed; rays unequal, glabrous; bracts 0-2, deeply lobed and foliaceous when present; bracteoles 3-9, lanceolate. Flowers yellow. Fruit broadly ovate, c. 5 x4 mm; margin 0,5-1 mm, slightly inflated; valleculae irregularly 1-2-vittate; commissures 4-vittate. Fl. 7-8. Dry eroded slopes, vineyards, etc., 400-1300 m.
