Glabrous annual. Stems erect, up to 60 cm. Leaves alternate, ± narrowly elliptic, petiolate, coarsely serrate, the serrations usually rather blunt and mucronate. Inflorescence axillary, of few-flowered cymes, often containing cleistogamous as well as chasmogamous flowers. Lower sepal tapered into a conical spur, usually curving, yellow, often with brownish spots, c. 2,5 mm . Lateral lobes of the corolla clawed and bilobed. FI. 7-9. Damp forest, 900-1700 m.
