Perennial, woody stems 20-35cm, cauline and sterile shoot leaves similar in shape, stems sparse stellate hairs with 10-15 rayed; sterile shoot leaves oblanceolate- spathulate, 5-18 x 4-6 mm, acute-obtuse, lower surfaces greenish, upper surfaces more dense white stellate hairs with 20-25 rayed and ca. 0.6 mm diameter; cauline leaves oblanceolate, 5-15 x 2-4 mm, acute; pedicel 3-6 mm, sparse stellate with 8- 10 rayed; inflorescens branched corymbs; sepals oblong, 2 x 0.7 mm, acute-obtuse, sparse stellate hairs; petals spathulate, 3 x 1 mm, obtuse-truncate, glabrous; filaments of long stamens 2.5 mm, with connate appendages ca. 1.5 mm and 1-2 dentate; filaments of short stamens 2 mm, with free appendages ca. 1.5 mm; siliculae elliptic-orbicular, 4-5 x 2-3 mm, attenuate at the base, acute in upper part, glabrous, slightly S-shaped in cross-section; styles 1.5-2 mm, glabrous; seed ovate, 0.7 x 0.4 mm, wingless.
