Annual or biennial, 20-70 cm, much branched in region of inflorescence, glabrous, or rarely with a few hairs on the basal leaves and young leaves. Basal leaves petiolate, 2-3-pinnate, ultimate segments narrowly lanceolate, usually withered by fruiting time. Cauline leaves 2-pinnatipartite with linear segments. Petals white, 3x2 mm with a suborbicular blade abruptly drawn into a short claw. Fruiting pedicels spreading-erect, 3-7 mm. Siliculae 2-3 x 1.5-2 mm, ovoid, very slightly winged at apex or not; style short exserted; septum 2-3 x 1 mm. Seeds pale brown. Fl. 6. Roadsides and stony slopes, 1100-2000 m.
