Annual, 15-30 cm, smelling of garlic, simple and single-stemmed. Basal leaves oblong-lanceolate, simple or lyrate, forming a loose rosette, long-petiolate. Cauline leaves oblong, often adpressed to stem, entire or serrate, amplexicaul, hastate. Petals white, 3 x 1,5 mm. Inflorescence ± corymbose, elongating in fruit. Fruiting pedicels slightly reflexed, 8-12 mm. Siliculae obovate to obcordate, slightly inflated, 6-8 x 4 mm, very narrowly winged and with very short style; septum 6-7 x4 mm. Seeds punctate, 4-5 in each loculus. Fl. 3-5. Shady places, near s.l.
