Trailing or climbing herbaceous perennial, with sparse to moderately dense patent hairs. Leaves petiolate; lower cordate-ovate, crenately lobed, 2-6,5 x 1-4 cm; upper more deeply and irregularly lobed, but divisions rarely reaching midrib. Flowers axillary, solitary or more frequently paired. Outer sepals narrowly to broadly obovate, mucronulate, acute or obtuse, 8-10 mm. Corolla pink, 27-38 mm. Ovary glabrous or slightly hairy. Fl. 4-5. Rocky limestone slopes, s.l.-50 m.
