Lax ascending or procumbent perennial; stems 5-30 cm, branched, brittle, often adpressed to rock. Basal leaves orbicular-peltate, 1-4 cm diam., subentire; cauline leaves peltate or ovate with cordate base. Inflorescence a much-branched lax decumbent panicle. Flowers spreading; pedicels 2-6 mm; sepals 2,5-3 mm; corolla cream, obconical, 4-5 mm, lobes 1-2,5 x tube. Fl. 5-6. Limestone rock crevices, 400-1000 m.
