Erect caulescent perennial; stems sparsely strigose with simple white, or mixed black and white, hairs. Leaves 7-12 cm; leaflets obovate to oblong-linear, obtuse or retuse, glabrous above, ±spreading, simple-white-pilose below, 9-22-paired; stipules 4-7 mm, triangular-lanceolate, united. Flowers in 3-6-flowered racemes. Bracts 2-3 mm, linear. Bracteoles absent. Calyx 8-10 mm, tubular-campanulate, sparsely simple black- and white-adpressed-pilose; teeth 2-3 mm. Corolla bright yellow; standard 18-24 mm, glabrous. Legumes 10-20 x 5 mm, ovoid to linear-oblong, simple white adpressed-pilose, tuberculate; beak 0,5-2,0 mm. Fl. 5-6. Fields, steppe, 1050-2300 m.
