Dwarf shrub, 5-15 cm, branches procumbent and ascending, adpressed-sericeous. Leaflets 5-12 x 2,5-4 mm, oblanceolate, obovate or elliptic, adpressed-sericeous on both surfaces, particularly beneath. Flowers in heads of 1-4. Calyx densely adpressed-hairy. Corolla yellow; standard 7-20 mm, very sparsely hairy. Legume c. 20 mm, adpressed sericeous to villous. Fl. 5-6. Rocky slopes and scree, 1000-2100 m.
