Erect, slender, glabrous perennial. Stems wingless, 20-40 cm. Lower leaves with 1 pair of leaflets. Median leaves subdigitate; leaflets 2-paired, linear, 35-90 x 1-7 mm, c. 5-parallel-veined; stipules lanceolate-subulate, much longer than the 1,5-3 mm petiole. Peduncles longer than leaves, slender, ending in a lax 3-7-flowered, 3-10 cm raceme; pedicels 4-6 mm. Flowers purple to lavender blue, 13-20 mm, ± concolorous. Calyx 5-7 mm; teeth ± unequal, the lowest ovate-Ianceolate, subequal to the tube to 2/3 as long. Style spathulate, 5-6 x c. 1,25 mm . Legume linear, c.45 x 6 mm. FI. 4-5. Pinus brutia forest, deciduous woodlands, Quercus coccifera macchie, 400-1520 m.
