Erect or decumbent annual, 10-30 cm. Leaflets 0,6-1,2 cm, obovate-cuneate to oblong. Inflorescence 0,8-1,0 cm, globose to ovoid, elongating in fruit. Calyx without transverse veins, c. 5 mm; teeth abruptly subulate from a wide base, spreading; tube with two rows of hairs, not inflating in fruit. Corolla 6-7 mm, white to reddish, standard obtuse. Fl. 1-5. Roadsides, fields and amongst scrub, s.l.-1200 m.
