Differs from H. minutum in having stems 3-10 cm, numerous, sometimes straggling; leaves 3-10 mm, glaucous; flowers 1-5; sepals broadly oblong to obovate-spathulate, shortly glandular-ciliate, with numerous superficial amber glands and sometimes a few black glands; petals 6-8 mm, with a few black marginal glands and numerous amber superficial glands; capsule with several interrupted longitudinal vittae. Fl. 8. Dry limestone cliffs, 1900 m.
