Differs from V. kitaibeliana in being ± glabrous , in having stipules similar to the leaves with only 1 or 2 small teeth at the base, flower lilac-blue and with the lower petal 4-6 mm. Fl. 4-6. Rock crevices, screes, slopes, etc., s.l.-1500 m.
