 Shrub up to 3 m. Leaves up to 6 x 4 cm, ovate-deltoid, entire or toothed, leathery, silver-grey. Inflorescence terminal, paniculate. Bracteoles 5 x 5 mm, rounded-cordate to broadly reniform, entire or sinuate-dentate, somewhat spongy, without appendages. Fl. 6-8. Maritime sand and rocks, s.l.
