Polycarpic, perennial entirely glabrous herbaceous plants with deepened globose to pyriform tuberculate, dark brown tuber 10–18 mm Ø. Stems erect, 25–75 cm tall and 1–4 mm Ø at base, weakly connected to the tuber, solid, with long internodes, internodes different lengths, geniculate at nodes, single, rounded in lower part, in upper part slightly ribbed, entirely glabrous, unbranched or paniculately branched in upper part. Leaves multiple, radical leaves 2–3, with long petioles up to 10 cm long; leaf blades 3–10 cm long, 3–9 cm wide, broadly triangular, bi- or tripinnate, glabrous; primary segments with petiolules 1.5–5 cm long; terminal lobes 4–9 mm long, 1–3 mm wide, oblong or linear-oblong, with ±revolute margin, deeply trilobate, cuneate, apiculate at apex. Cauline leaves up to 5, simplified; basal cauline leaves unipinnate, with narrow-linear or lanceolate-linear sheaths up to 1.2 cm long, narrowly white-membranaceous at margin, petioles 1-2 cm long, terminal lobes linear-lanceolate to linearfiliform 1–3.5 cm long, 0.8–1.3 mm wide, entire, with ±revolute margins; medial cauline leaves and uppermost cauline leaves gradually reduced to flowering parts, their petioles sheath-like, 0.4–1.6 cm long, white ±membranaceous at margins; 3–5 linear-lanceolate lobes or trifid, lobes 12–60 x 1–2 mm, slightly revolute margin and rarely scabridulous, apiculate at apex. Lateral branches of inflorescence paniculate or rarely single umbel. Umbels central and lateral, well-developed. Central umbel bigger than lateral umbels, 3–6 cm Ø, semiglobose, 10–15-rayed. Rays subequal or equal, rounded, tiny, more tickened with fruits, 1.8–3 cm long. Bracts 5–8, less than half as long as of umbel rays, entire or rarely minutely teeth, ±linear, 4–12 x 0.8–1.2 mm, ±white membraneous and sometimes minutely ciliate at the margin, acute at apex. Umbellules with 9–20 flowers, 6–12 mm Ø; pedicels tiny, 3–5 mm long. Bracteoles 5–8, linear, linear-filiform or subulate, shorter than pedicels, 1.5–4 mm long, 0.3–0.6 mm wide, acuminate at apex. Petals white or slightly pinkish, equal, glabrous, 0.9–1.2 x c. 0.5 mm, oblong, deeply bifid, without claw, with narrow tip bent inward. Stamens c. 2 mm long, exceeding petals; anthers sub-globular, c. 0.5 mm, dorsally inserted. Calyx teeth obsolate; ovaries green, stylopodia short and flat or depressed, styles tiny and long, 1.3–1.5 mm long, slender, recurved. Fruits elliptic to oblong, slightly compressed laterally, 2–2.2 mm long, 1.5–1.8 mm wide, ribs equal, filiform; commissure narrow; vittae large, dorsal vittae 1 per vallecula, commissural vittae 2.
