Glabrous perennial. Stem angled, deeply sulcate, 40-100 cm. Leaves 4-pinnate, linear-lanceolate in outline, 15-40 x 3-10 em, ultimate segments deeply lobed; lobes setaceous-filiform, 5-8 mm, glabrous. Inflorescence terminal, paniculate-corymbose, central umbels shorter than laterals, rays 14-24, unequal, 2-6 cm; bracts linear-lanceolate, 7-17 mm, acuminate, yellowish; fruiting pedicels 7-11 mm; bracteoles linear-lanceolate, much shorter than bracts. Mericarps elliptic, 13 x 8 mm, retuse-truncate at the base, dorsal ridges conspicuously winged, lateral wings 1,5-2 mm wide; vittae more than 12 on both sides. Fl. 6-7. Rocky slopes, 1900-2300 m.
