Leaves 2, 1.5-4.5 mm broad, first one broadest above middle, canaliculate, glabrous to ± papillose-puberulent along margins and on veins; veins not elevated beneath. Scape 5-11 cm. Raeeme 4-12-flowered, short, dense, with subsessile flowers. Perianth pale blue, patent, 3.5-4.5 mm, ± urceolate; lobes 1-1.5 mm. Filaments attached in upper half of perianth tube. 2n = 22. Fl. 3-5. On timestone, open sunny stony ground, grazed ground, 600-1500 m.
