Scape obsolete or very short, at most 7 cm, when present usually pilose. Leaves several, exceeding scape, 3-5 mm broad, pilose on lower surface , without a white line on upper surface; margins ciliate. Raceme corymbose, with 4-8 flowers. Perianth segments 11-14 mm, white inside, white with a green fascia outside. Fruiting pedicels sharply deflexed, somewhat thickened at their bases, lower ones 10-20 mm. Capsule narrowly winged. 2n = 12. Fl. 3-5. Slopes, meadows, macchie, nr s.l.-700 m.
