Annual, stems 30 cm, 0,3-0,5 cm diam. at base, corymbosely branched above. Leaves 2-3-pinnatisect; laciniae filiform, acute or aristate. Capitula numerous, 0,6-1,2 cm broad , radiate, borne on pubescent or puberulent peduncles. Phyllaries ± puberulent, outer triangular-obtuse, inner oblong-obtuse, margins white, membranous. Receptacle hemispherical. Ligules 6-10 mm; corolla lobes of disc flowers glandular at tips. Achenes ± compressed, obpyramidal, non-mucilaginous, 1,3-1,5 x 0,8-1 mm, anteriorly tuberculate or rugulose, posteriorly 3-ribbed, ribs thickened, white; corona very minute, marginiform, crenulate. Fl. 8.
