Differs from C. lappacea in its petals 1,4-3,0 mm, style 0,4-1,2 mm, the hairs of the fruit conspicuously barbulate for their whole length, and the fruiting pedicels less abruptly refracted. Fl. 5-6. Fields, vineyards, stony places, 800-1300 m.
