Glabrous perennial herb. Stock stout, clothed with the remains of old leaf bases. Stems ascending to erect, up to 30 cm. Lower leaves long-petiolate, reniform or sub-orbicular, dentate-lobed with 9-14 teeth. Stem leaves similar but shortly petiolate, the uppermost sessile and ± entire. Petals white, 3-4,5 mm. Fruits 5-12 x 2-3,5 mm. Style 1-2 mm. Fl. 7. Shady cliffs, c. 2000 m.
