Annual herb 10-30 cm high, branched from base, with setulose white hairs especially on leaf margins. Leaves distributed over stem, not rosette-forming; basal spathulate; stem leaves oblong-lanceolate to linear, entire-margined. Inflorescence corymbose not elongating in fruit. Petals white or rose; outer 9-15 x 5-6,5 mm; inner 6-9 x 3,5-4 mm. Fruiting pedicels 4-9 mm, horizontally spreading. Fruit ovate, concave, 6-7,5 x 5-5,5 mm, rounded at base, apex with ± acute wings; sinus c. 1 mm; wings c. 3 mm. Style c. 2 x depth of sinus. Seeds 2, margined and mucilaginous. Fl. 3-5. Rocky slopes, 100-1200 m.
