Perennial 15-25 cm, ± glaucescent, with many simple stems. Basal leaves obovate-spathulate, long-petiolate, not or scarcely rosette-forming, fibrous remains of petioles present at base of stem. Cauline leaves oblong or oblong-ovate, amplexicaul. Petals white, 7 x 3 mm. Inflorescence corymbose, elongating in fruit. Siliculae linear-oblong, 5-9 x 3 mm, on slightly upcurved pedicels 3-8 mm long; style 2-2,5 mm, exceeding the sinus; horns short, acute; septum 5-7 x 1,2 mm; seeds smooth, 3-5 in each loculus. Fl. 4-5. Mountain slopes, woodland, 600-2130 m.
