Annual or biennial herb with one or several simple stems 8-15 cm. Basal leaves rosette-forming, lanceolate or spathulate, entire or toothed. Cauline leaves oblong- lanceolate, amplexicaul, more or less glaucous. Inflorescence elongating in fruit. Petals c. 4 x 1 mm. Fruiting pedicels horizontally spreading, 3-9 mm. Siliculae obcordate, 6-10 x 3-7 mm; apical sinus narrow, 1-1,5mm; style 0,5-1 mm; wings at sinus 1,5-2,5 mm; stigma small, capitate, same width as style. Ovules and seeds 2 per loculus. Fl. 4-5. Stony slopes, 1400-1600 m.
