Caespitose perennial, stems up to 50 cm. Basal leaves linear to oblanceolate, narrow. Stem leaves linear, very narrow, margins serrulate or papillose-scabrid above. Inflorescence racemose, sometimes paniculately branched. Bracts linear. Calyx 13-18 mm. Petals bipartite to the middle, whitish or yellowish. Anthophore 5-9 mm. Capsule 9-15 mm, sometimes slightly exserted.
