Caudex present; offsets 1-3 cm, flowering rosettes monocarpic; scapes 5-15 cm, terminal. Leaves oblong-spathulate, concave in cross-section, 10-20 mm, sparsely ciliate, glandular-pubescent to ± glabrous. Inflorescence cymose-paniculate, 5-30-flowered, glandular-pubescent. Flowers white to yellowish-ivory ; pedicels 2-10 mm, calyx 6-8 mm, corolla 11-14 mm, lobes about as long as tube; scales horizontal, ovate. Follicles oblanceolate, 5-6 mm, glandular-pubescent on the inner surface, glabrous on exposed surface; style 1-1,5 mm; seeds reniform. Fl. 7-8. Limestone rock crevices, 1600-2500 m.
