Similar to E. anacampseros; more robust than var. anacampseros, but not as robust as var. tmolea; cauline leaves obovate-oblanceolate; pseudo-umbel rays 8-13, cyathial lobes less prominent; seeds tuberculate-rugulose with a patelliform caruncle. Fl. 4-8. Igneous slopes, mountain pastures, Pinus forest, steppe, sandy gravel, banks, edges offields, 450-2200 m.
