Procumbent or ascending annual up to 30 cm; stems with sparse spreading white, and a few black, simple hairs. Leaves 2-6 cm; leaflets 6-10 mm, oblong to obovate, obtuse or retuse, both surfaces adpressed white simple-pilose, 6-9-paired; stipules 4-6 mm, triangular-Ianceolate, black- and white-hairy. Peduncles up to 0,5 cm, black and white spreading-hairy. Flowers in dense 5-10-flowered spikes. Bracts 1-2 mm, lanceolate, black- and white-hairy. Calyx 5-6 mm, campanulate, adpressed black and white simple-pilose; teeth c.1 mm. Corolla yellowish or bluish; standard 8-10 mm. Legumes 10-12 mm, linear, base bigibbous, minutely tuberculate, white simple-pilose; beak 0·5 mm, curved, or absent. Fl. 3-6. Pastures, 80 m.
