Procumbent ± caulescent perennial; stems 1-15 cm, brown spreading-hairy. Leaves 5-16 cm; leaflets 9-15 mm, oblong, simple pilose, sometimes glabrous above, 8-20-paired; stipules 6-9 mm, narrowly triangular, free from the petioles and from one another. Peduncles 2-4 cm, erecto-patent to spreading. Inflorescence c. 3 cm in diam., a 7-12-flowered raceme; flowers shortly pedicellate. Bracts c.3 mm linear-lanceolate. Calyx 12-14 mm, tubular, long white simple-pilose; teeth c. 4 mm, linear-triangular. Corolla yellow; standard 18-20 mm, glabrous or sparsely pubescent on the back. Legume c. 10 x 5 mm, narrowly ovoid, densely and finely long-white-villous; beak c. 3 mm, straight.
