Sparsely hairy annual, 10-35 cm. Lower leaves simple, upper with two to three pairs of leaflets. Umbels 2-6-flowered. Calyx with setaceous teeth. Corolla yellow to orange. Fruit reniform, 12-25 mm across, with a membraneous subentire to strongly dentate wing. Fl. 3-5. Disturbed ground in macchie and in Pinus forests, s.I.-1500.
