Patently pilose annual . Stems erect or prostrate, branching, slender, 20-30 cm. Leaflets lanceolate-ovate, apiculate, those of lower pair usually only slightly smaller. Inflorescences 1-2-flowered, on slender peduncles from 1-3 x as long as subtending leaves. Bracts 1-3, unequal, varying in size even on the same plant, shorter or longer than calyx. Flowers small, 5-7 mm. Calyx subcampanulate, teeth filiform, with patulous hairs, usually longer than tube. Corolla yellow, c. 1/3 longer than calyx. Standard about equal to keel; keel narrow, bent from its middle, with a straight tip; wings shorter. Legume slender, 20-25 x 1-1,5 mm, straight, terete. 2n=12. Pine forest, dunes, marshy turf, s.l.-1530 m.
