Perennial with woody rhizome and erect-ascending stems, 30-50 cm. Leaves with 11-14 pairs of oblong-elliptic leaflets, 10-13 x 4-5 mm, glabrous above, adpressed pilose below; stipules purplish-brown, glabrous, connate. Peduncles c. 2 or more x longer than leaves. Inflorescence few-flowered, ± lax, slightly elongating in fruit. Calyx c. 7 mm with linear teeth c. 3 x length of tube, pilose. Corolla rose-purple; standard 11 mm; wings 5 mm; keel 11,5 mm. Fruit 7-8 mm long, suborbicular, adpressed pilose, denticulate with 1 mm teeth on crest and shorter teeth on the disc. Fl. 7. Alt. c. 2100 m.
Endemic; Euxine element.
