Pilose annual; stems up to 30 cm. Leaflets up to 2,5 x 1,5 cm, stipules conspicuously smaller, spathulate, obtriangular or oblong-obovate, apicuiate. Flowers solitary or paired, on peduncles longer than subtending leaves. Bracts smaller than leaflets. Flowers 1-1,3 cm. Calyx bilabiate, ciliate, hairy; teeth about equal to tube. Corolla yellow , exceeding calyx by about ½ ; keel shorter than standard, longer than wings. Legume 2,5-5 x 0,3-0,4 mm, slender, without wings but with two thick ribs along each suture. Fl. 4. Dry places.
