Erect or ascending annual, 20-40 cm. Leaflets 0,8-1,0 cm, obovate, the terminal leaflets stalked. Inflorescence 0,8-0,9 cm, hemispherical, 8-20-flowered. Flowers yellow becoming brownish; pedicels c. 1 mm, erect, becoming recurved. Calyx 1,5-2,0 mm, glabrous. Corolla 3-4 mm, standard folded. FI. 5-9. Sandy places, edges of pasture, 100-1300 m.
Throughout Europe, extending to the Caucasus.
