Stems 5-25 cm, ascending or procumbent from a ± woody branching base, often straggling, not rooting, glabrous. Leaves 3-12 mm, elliptic or oblanceolate to suborbicular, markedly undulating, glabrous, ± glaucous, with conspicuous intramarginal glands. Inflorescence corymbose, 1-5-flowered. Sepals elliptic to oblong, obtuse to rounded, black-glandular-denticulate. Petals 5-9 mm. Capsule 4-9 mm, ovoid. Fl. 7. Among rocks, 2700-3000 m.
Endemic; related to H. armenum.
