Bulb to 1.5 cm diam., sometimes with many bulblets. Stem 10-20 cm, papillose usually around and on lowest leaves. Leaves 6-7, alternate, linear to linear-lanceolate, lowest 8-12 x 0.6-1 cm. Flowers 1-2; perianth broadly campanulate, not flared at mouth, green, brown-tessellated inside and outside; segments narrowly ovate, acute or obtuse, 2.5-3.2 x 1-1.3 cm. Nectaries ovate to circular, 3 mm diam., at angle of bell. Filaments 10 mm, slender, papillose. Style 11 mm, 3-fid for 3-5 mm, smooth. Capsule not winged. Fl. 4-6. Screes, in Cedrus forest, 1500-2000 m.
