Acaulous perennial, flowers and leaves arising from the apex of a woody stock. Leaves long-petiolate, orbicular-reniform, sometimes shallowly lobed, with an indumentum of sparse to dense stellate hairs above and beneath. Petals white or pink, 28-40 mm. Mericarps unwinged, prominently rugose, with interlocking margins. Fl. 5. Waste ground, fallow fields, etc., 400-450 m.
