Annual. Stem hispid-setose. Lower leaves ± orbicular, crenate, upper leaves palmatisect, the segments serrate, hairy. Flowers borne singly in the leafaxils. Epicalyx segments linear. Sepals 8-9 mm, lanceolate-acuminate, almost as long as the petals, hispid-setose. Petals pink to lilac, 11-13 mm. Mericarps faintly rugose. Fl. 4. Dry slopes and rocky hillsides.
