Plant 8-20 cm. Stem slender, yellowish-green, with 2-3 sheathing scales. Raceme 5-10-flowered. Perianth yellowish-white to greenish-white with reddish margin or apex, c. 4-6 mm; sepals and petals oblong-lanceolate; lateral sepals curving forwards, dorsal ± connivent with petals. Labellum white with crimson lines and spots, oblong-ligulate, c. 5 mm, ± obtuse, slightly recurved, with 2 small tooth-like lateral lobes near base and 2 longitudinal basal ridges. Ovary c. 7 mm. Fl. 6-7. Mossy humid Picea and Abies forests, 1380-2000 m.
