Plant 15-35 cm, stem slender. Leaves 4-6, lowest one c. 3-5 cm above ground level, lanceolate, acuminate, erect, upper ones slightly falcate. Raceme with 5-15 nodding flowers. Perianth ± campanulate, to 10 mm diam. Sepals greenish, petals yellowish-green. Labellum slightly exceeding perianth. Hypochile brownish-green inside, nectariferous. Constriction between epichile and hypochile broadly rounded. Epichile broadly ovate to rotund, obtuse, white, with 2 faint smooth elevations at base. Autogamous. Fl. 7-8. Humid Fagus forests, 200-1200 m.

Endemic. Euxine element.
