Similar to O. tridentata but smaller, to 15 cm ; spike ovoid to conical, densely flowered; flowers ± milky-white, ± flushed with rose; sepals with spreading tips, with green veins outside and tinged greenish near base; labellum white, densely purple-spotted, with broader lateral lobes; middle lobe transversely ovate or obcordate, sometimes slightly notched in front, with minute apical tooth. Fl. 2-3. Grassy places on calcareous soils, s.l. -500 m.
