Glandular-scabrous glaucous prostrate-ascending perennial herb or subshrub with numerous stems arising from a woody stock. Leaves suborbicular-reniform, 3-12 x 4-17 mm; petioles 2-8 mm. Stipules linear-lanceolate, 1 mm, green, margin hyaline. Male flowers: sepals green with a hyaline margin, 1.3 mm; petals whitish, 1 mm; anthers yellow. Female flowers: sepals dark green with narrow hyaline margin, 2 mm. Fruit 3-4 mm diam. Seeds 1.5 mm. Fl. 5. Stony ground, rock crevices, 500-1000 m.
